Supportive Therapy Groups
Connection and growth for those navigating stress, substance use, and life transitions, offered in supportive group therapy across Tennessee.
What is Group Therapy?

At Sit With Me Behavioral Health, we believe healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to sit with others by sharing stories, gaining encouragement, and learning in community. While individual therapy focuses on one-on-one support, group therapy helps you connect with people who truly understand what you’re going through.
Sitting with others who share similar struggles can help you:
-
Feel less isolated through shared understanding
-
Learn new perspectives and coping strategies
-
Build accountability and encouragement
-
Strengthen communication and relationship skills

How We Support You
Group therapy here is intentional and structured.
We create supportive spaces where members can sit with each other, reflect honestly, and build stronger foundations for lasting growth.
